Sample cost will be refundable and deducted from bulk order.
Q2.How long is your delivery ( lead )time?
A:Delivery lead time:3-5work days for Stock goods/20-25work days for custom design.
Delivery time:5-8 work days for DHL,Fedex,TNT ,UPS etc/15-25work days for EMS.
Q3. Is it OK to print my LOGO on the Product/Package?
A:Yes,please kindly let us know your logo details and we will make draft design for you.
Q4.If I have my own design, can you make it?
A:Sure,Our factory is specialized in manufacturing Jewelry .
We do support OEM and ODM, just please send your design and requirement (size,color,material,etc),and give you feedback as soon as possible.
Q5.What's your the Minimum order quantity?
A:10pcs for stock items,more than 120pcs for custom designs.
You could mix colors and styles for one order.
Q6. What is your terms of payment for bulk orders?
A:30% deposit before mass production,and then the balance payment before shipping, we will send you the pictures of ready goods for approval.
